Always in pursuit of the finest ingredients for the food we offer our guests, we decided to raise the bar even higher on the quality of our final product by producing as many raw materials as possible ourselves.
Specifically, Christos, the owner of Pleiades restaurant, manages this process in-house, just a few steps away from the restaurant.
We nurture and cultivate our garden year-round, doing it with care and dedication since the produce also feeds our own family. We avoid chemical fertilizers or harmful substances, using only what nature provides.
